"Good prices, slight hiccup but still worth it"
I’ve ordered from Seybert's Billiards Supply a couple times now, and the prices have been better than most other places I looked at. Shipping was reasonable too, which is always a plus. I ordered a cue and a few smaller items, and everything showed up packed well. One of the little items had a tiny scuff, but nothing worth making a fuss over since it still worked fine. Overall, I felt like I got my money’s worth and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Pretty easy return overall"

"Order was right, but I got a little nervous after paying"
I ordered from Seyberts and everything showed up exactly how I picked it, so no complaints there. Nothing was missing and I didn’t get any wrong items. I’ll admit, after I paid I got a little distrustful because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, and the packing slip wasn’t super clear either. But the order came in a normal amount of time and it all worked out fine. Overall, happy with it.

"Found exactly what I needed"
I ended up checking out Seybert's Billiards Supply for some pool stuff they had a lot more cues and cases than I thought they would. It was kind of nice just being able to look through different brands all in one place instead of bouncing around everywhere, and I found myself comparing a few options before I even realized it. In the end, I found what I needed fast, everything was easy, no weird hassle or anything. Just a solid experience overall

"Wait, the inventory was actually right"
I was expecting the usual “in stock” online but somehow gone when you show up situation, but nope, the inventory was actually accurate. I thought, okay, that’s a nice surprise. Found what I needed without any hassle

The cue feels really solid and well made. I did notice a small mark in the finish, but it’s not a huge deal. Other than that little thing, I’m happy with it.

"Really solid packaging"
I ordered from seyberts.com and was impressed with how well everything was packed. The box showed up with no damage, and everything inside was wrapped tight so nothing was shifting around. I was a little worried about that, but my stuff arrived clean and in perfect shape. It is a small thing, but good packaging really does make a difference. I would definitely order from them again
